Are you a young mom, aged 23 and under, looking for some support and connection? Look no further! Join our virtual support group, Mommy Moments, designed specifically for young moms like you.

At Mommy Moments, we understand the unique challenges and joys that come with being a young mom. This online event provides a safe and welcoming space for you to share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with other young moms who are going through similar journeys. We will meet every Monday in February from 6-7pm. Come as you are, no matter if you are cooking dinner, bathing your kids, or out for a walk, we are here to share these candid moments with you!

During our virtual sessions, we will discuss a variety of topics that are relevant to young moms, such as balancing motherhood and personal goals, self-care tips, and navigating relationships. Our experienced facilitators will guide the discussions and provide valuable insights and advice.
