Let's Talk About It. Period - Menstrual & Reproductive Health Awareness

October 8th is Period Action Day! Grab your daughters & join us as we fight the period stigma! Periods are a part of our everyday lives, and we can all benefit from increased period awareness. During this workshop, we will discuss topics including, the stages of a menstrual cycle, PMS symptoms, menstrual hygiene and more. This is perfect for pre menstruating and menstruating young girls. We would love for them to join us to break the stigma.
