This is a need-based program for mothers enrolled in our Blossoming Mothers Program. We will be providing holiday assistance to mothers in our program who qualify. Incomplete applications will NOT be considered. Individuals will be notified of their application status by December 1, 2023.

Please Note: Applying to this program does not guarantee that you will be provided holiday assistance. The Christmas event will take place in Gwinnett County, transportation is REQUIRED.
