HISTORY

Power Forward Outreach, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization, was founded in 2019 by Keshara Rosser. Keshara became a teen mom in 2008, at the tender age of 15. Her journey was a difficult one but it inspired her to want better for herself and to make a difference within her community. With the support of her family and friends, Keshara was able to graduate high school and attend college. She graduated from Columbus State University with a Bachelor of Science. Keshara went on to obtain her Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama.

Keshara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has ten years of experience working in the social work field, which includes providing psychotherapy services, advocating for children who have been victims of physical and/or sexual abuse, providing support services to victims of sexual assault and offering services to children within the foster care system. She is also a trained Maternal Mental Health Clinician. With this platform, Keshara hopes to bring the community together to change the lives of many others and lead them down the path of success while breaking stereotypes and generational curses.
